What does it take to run a strong, effective picket or strike?  This workshop covers the essential rules, legal considerations, and strategic planning needed to take collective action with confidence.  Participants will learn how to prepare for and organize a visible and disciplined picket or strike line, as well as build solidarity among members and allies--while ensuring legal requirements are met and impact is maximized.  Whether you're preparing for a potential strike or strengthening your readiness, this session will provide practical tools to turn participation into power.
