Login Instructions

To log-in:  you must have a personal email address on file with the MNA. If you do not, please register your personal email address by going to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/mnaloggin and include your name, address, phone number, email address, and bargaining unit. MNA staff will respond within 72 hours.

If you do have a personal email address on file with the MNA, use that email and password to log-in. 

First time login or forgot user name: click forgot user name and follow the prompts.

Forget Password: Click the forgot password link.
